Horcruxes

Horcruxes are books that are so spectacularly bad that we thought they deserved to be hunted down and destroyed. Both Nara and Chantelle must be in agreement for a book to be labelled a Horcrux.

Horcruxes (as of 2012)

1. Prince of Wolves- Quinn Loftis
    Chantelle
    Nara

2. Dead Until Dark- Charlaine Harris

  1. I actually downloaded Prince of Wolves to my kindle a few months ago but never got around to reading it (I hoard books, I guess), so I really have an opinion, but based on a few other reviews I've seen and yours, I might (probably) not want to read it. :)

  2. Aww, True Blood turned bad? ;) I kinda enjoyed reading the series, after the second, maybe the thrid book. Maybe because I could read them for free with my 10000000 years old libary card or maybe because there was no need to think to much about it, maybe both...
But I agree with you two that not all vampire books are great... there is its one book, it's called Skarlet, which looks great, dark and bloody and which sounds great at the first, bad vampires, bloody, creepy and kinda cool... but it ends up lik every thrid word was bloody or f***ing or both.... and yeah... 100 vampires new per night and like after a week the heros killed one vampire and got the epic vampire killing weapon... yeah x)
Sorry, needed to write something somewere or I would turned crazy ;)

    1. I can't speak for Chantelle, but personally I just found the writing style didn't really click with me. And I couldn't take the TV show because the accents lol.

Skarlet definitely sounds a bit convenient! And yeah, excessive swearing gets a bit annoying for me too...
